Anne Hathaway’s family is expanding.
The Academy Award winner, 43, announced she’s pregnant in an Instagram video she posted on June 19.
In the clip, set to Barbara Lewis’ “Baby, I’m Yours,” Hathaway walks into a room wearing a white gown holding her stomach. She then moves her hands to show a baby bump while she smiles and then places her hands on her tummy once again before walking out of the frame.
“x Baby, I’m yours x,” she captioned the video.
A representative for Hathaway has not replied to TODAY.com’s request for comment.
Hathaway and husband Adam Shulman, who married in 2012, are parents to sons Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6.
While announcing her pregnancy with Jack on Instagram, she alluded to people having trouble conceiving.
“For everyone going through infertility and conception hell, please know it was not a straight line to either of my pregnancies. Sending you extra love,” she wrote, in part.
Hathaway revealed in 2024 that she once had a miscarriage.
“It’s really hard to want something so much and to wonder if you’re doing something wrong,” she told Vanity Fair.
She has been open about her struggles with infertility before her second child was born.
“I think that we have a very one-size-fits-all approach to getting pregnant,” she told the Associated Press in 2019. “You get pregnant and for the majority of cases, this is a really happy time.
“But a lot of people who are trying to get pregnant: That’s not really the story. Or that’s one part of the story. And the steps that lead up to that part of the story are really painful and very isolating and full of self-doubt. And I went through that.”
Hathaway is in the midst of a very busy 2026, which has already seen the release of two films, including “Mother Mary” and the highly anticipated “The Devil Wears Prada 2.” She will also star in another high profile film, “The Odyssey,” which comes out July 17, as well as “The End of Oak Street,” scheduled for an Aug. 14 release.
